Bones & joints
Locate one named bone and compare its position with nearby bones. Use the joint group separately to inspect the available articular labels.

A reading edition for website translation. The interactive atlas offers separate male, female HRA and female CT references, with 4,331 catalog entries. Entry counts are not counts of distinct organs.
This page contains complete static reading content and does not require JavaScript or WebGL. Search, 3D interaction, saved collections and local notes are available on the original interactive atlas. Website translation does not synchronize that browser data. Translation availability and accuracy depend on the external provider; there is no claim that every human language is supported.

01 / FOUNDATIONS
Left and right refer to the model's body. The separate female CT model retains its original raised-arm pose. Surface clipping is not a histological section.
| Term | Short recall aid |
|---|---|
| Anterior / Posterior | Front / Back |
| Superior / Inferior | Above / Below |
| Medial / Lateral | Toward / Away from midline |
| Proximal / Distal | Nearer / Farther from limb attachment |

02 / LEARNING PATHWAYS
These eleven learning topics help organize a study session. The atlas catalog has fourteen combined dataset groups; the grouping is not a textbook count of organ systems. Group counts below describe loaded catalog data and may include overlapping source entries.

Choose a named muscle, inspect three views and record its relationship to adjacent structures. Verify attachment terminology in the source.

Select a brain or spinal structure and record its region, source label and neighboring structures. Check model coverage before comparing sources.

Find the heart and a named vessel. Follow only the branches represented in the source and retain the original vessel identifiers.

Inspect an airway or lung entry from different views. Compare visible branching with the source record and note structures not represented.

Locate a stomach or intestinal entry. Describe its spatial relationship to nearby structures, then verify the terminology in a textbook.

Find a kidney and ureter entry. Record the model, side and source identifier; distinguish individual structures from grouped CT labels.

Locate a represented gland. Pair spatial observation with textbook reading; geometry and display color do not demonstrate hormonal activity.

04 / RESEARCH WORKFLOW
The lookup dictionary contains sixteen concepts with labels across 342 language codes and varieties in the captured Wikidata data. Coverage differs by concept and language. These are community search aids, not a complete translation of anatomical nomenclature.
05 / SOURCES & COVERAGE
Male data: 3,478 entries from Z-Anatomy / BodyParts3D via Anatria3D. Female HRA data: 817 entries. Separate female CT data: 36 grouped segmentation entries. Female HRA lacks whole-body musculature, skull/limb bones and peripheral nerves in this atlas. CT labels may combine multiple structures and are not separately named individual muscles or bones. The source bodies and poses are not merged.
Colored surface meshes do not represent all microscopic anatomy, anatomical variants or photographic tissue appearance. Vietnamese labels, community search labels and machine translations have not undergone specialist review.
